I've got 30 reviews. The place down the road has 300, and they opened after me.
โ Request flowA steady stream of recent, specific, well-answered reviews lifts both your map pack position and the number of people who choose you once they see it. We run the whole loop โ asking, routing, replying and reporting โ so your team never has to remember.

Managing reviews for businesses in the USA, Canada, Dubai, Australia and across India
Nobody contacts us saying "I need a review management retainer." They say one of these instead.
I've got 30 reviews. The place down the road has 300, and they opened after me.
โ Request flowWe ask people to leave a review. They say yes, then nothing ever appears.
โ One-tap linksOne angry customer tanked our rating and it's still the first thing people read.
โ Reply + recoveryMy last review is eight months old. It looks like we've stopped trading.
โ Review velocityI don't know what to say to a bad review, so I say nothing. Then it sits there.
โ Written repliesSomeone offered to sell me 50 reviews for a flat fee. Is that a terrible idea?
โ Yes. Read on.Every one of these is fixable without breaking a single platform rule โ and the free review check tells you which one is actually costing you customers.
Most businesses think of reviews as reputation. They're also a ranking factor and a conversion rate โ which is why a fix here usually pays back faster than anything else in local marketing.
A rough picture of how buyers behave in the map pack. Below 4.0, most people scroll past without opening the profile.
A perfect 5.0 often converts worse than 4.7 โ buyers read it as filtered or fake. Chasing a flawless score is the wrong goal.
Asking, routing, replying and reporting. Set up once in the first fortnight, then it runs whether or not anyone on your team remembers.
Short SMS and email requests, fired at the moment the experience is still fresh, linking straight to your review box in one tap. No app, no login, no six-step journey.
Every review answered within a working day, with specifics that read like a person wrote them โ because one did. Approved templates for volume, bespoke writing for anything sensitive.
A calm, non-defensive public reply, a private route to resolve it properly, and a removal request where a review genuinely breaks platform policy.
Google first, then whatever matters in your market and sector โ Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook, Practo, Justdial, TripAdvisor, Healthgrades, Avvo.
Each month we tag recurring themes across everything customers wrote โ so you know which strengths to lead with on your pages and ads, and which complaint keeps costing you bookings. Most clients find at least one fixable operational problem in the first quarter, and it usually has nothing to do with marketing.
Instant alerts for anything under three stars, routed to the manager who can actually fix it โ not left in a shared inbox until Monday.
This is the part most businesses get wrong, and it's the part future customers read most closely. Here's an actual one-star review pattern and the reply we'd write.
Waited three weeks for a part that was supposed to take five days. Nobody called to update me, I had to chase every time. Work itself was fine but I won't be back. Complete waste of my time.
You're right, and I'm sorry. Three weeks for that part isn't acceptable, and the bigger failure was that nobody called you โ you shouldn't have had to chase us for an update. The supplier changed our lead times in March and we didn't change how we communicate, which is on us, not on you.
We've since moved to calling customers the day a part is delayed rather than waiting for them to ask. I'd like to sort out the time you lost โ I'm on [direct number] and I'll pick up myself.
Not every bad review deserves an apology. Where a review is inaccurate, from someone who was never a customer, or breaks platform policy, we reply with facts and no grovelling, and file a removal request with the evidence. Businesses that apologise for everything look as unreliable as businesses that argue with everyone.
Google is first everywhere. After that, the platform your customers actually check is different in every market โ and so are the rules about what you're allowed to ask for.
Google, Yelp, BBB, Trustpilot, plus sector platforms like Healthgrades and Avvo. FTC rules on incentives observed strictly.

Review gating is banned by Google everywhere, and incentives are restricted differently in each market. We work inside the rules and explain exactly where the line is.
A restaurant should ask within the hour. A builder should wait until the snag list is closed. A clinic has to ask without ever touching patient confidentiality. We set the trigger to your actual customer journey, not a generic 24-hour delay.
Not on the list? Tell us what you sell and when the job finishes. If your sector has rules we haven't worked inside before, we'll research them properly or tell you we're not the right fit.
Review management is the fastest-moving thing we do. Most clients see new reviews arriving within the first fortnight.
We audit your current rating, velocity and response rate against your three nearest competitors, and agree the exact moment a request should fire for each service you offer.
Your time: ~30 minutesRequest messages and reply guidelines drafted in your tone and approved by you. Escalation routes agreed for anything under three stars.
Your time: one 30-minute callFlows go live across SMS and email, with a private feedback route for unhappy customers. Backlog of unanswered reviews cleared.
Your time: noneReporting on volume, rating, response rate and recurring themes, with request timing and wording tuned as open rates settle.
Your time: monthly reportThat depends on arithmetic, not effort. If you have 40 reviews at 3.8, it takes roughly 30 new five-star reviews to reach 4.3 โ which at a normal request volume is three to four months. If you have 400 reviews, the same shift takes far longer. We'll run your numbers in the free check and tell you the realistic date, not a flattering one.

Every figure comes from the client's own profile data, measured against the 90 days before we started. Where a client asked not to be named, we've named the industry and market instead.
Review management is the service where the shortcuts are most tempting and most dangerous. Here's where we draw the line, and why.
Google filters them, competitors report them, and a caught profile can lose every review it has. We've seen businesses lose eight years of genuine reviews this way.
Screening customers and only sending happy ones to Google breaks their policy outright. We offer everyone the same route, and give unhappy customers a private option alongside it โ which is allowed, and works better anyway.
Nobody can. We can file a removal request with evidence when a review breaks policy, and we're good at it โ but anyone guaranteeing removal is either lying or planning something that will get you suspended.
It converts worse than 4.7. Buyers read a flawless score as filtered, and a handful of honest four-star reviews makes the five-star ones believable.
"Thank you for your feedback" adds nothing for the next reader and nothing for search. Every reply references what the customer actually said.
90 days so the flow has time to show results, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Your profiles and logins stay in your name throughout.

Monthly, with no lock-in after the first 90 days. Quoted and invoiced in USD, CAD, AED, AUD or INR โ your currency, no conversion markup.
One location with steady volume.
Higher volume, or up to three locations.
Groups, franchises and chains from four locations up.
Bundle review management with local SEO or Google Business Profile work and the combined rate drops. Ask for a bundled quote in the enquiry.
If the right column sounds like you, we'll say so on the first call rather than take the money. It's usually a five-minute conversation, and it saves everyone a quarter.
No, and we'd advise against anyone who offers. Google filters purchased reviews, competitors report them, and a profile caught in a review-spam sweep can lose every genuine review it ever earned alongside the fake ones. Everything we do is about asking real customers at the right moment, in the easiest possible way.
Sometimes, and only where the review genuinely breaks platform policy โ spam, hate speech, a competitor posing as a customer, a review for a different business, or content about something other than your service. We file the request with evidence and follow it up. What we won't do is promise removal, because nobody can deliver that. A review that's simply negative but honest stays up, and the right answer is a good reply.
Google's policy prohibits incentivised reviews everywhere, and in the US the FTC treats undisclosed incentives as deceptive advertising, with similar rules in Australia and elsewhere. So no, and it's not worth the risk. The good news is that a well-timed, one-tap request converts far better than an incentive does โ most people simply never get asked properly.
Gating means surveying customers first and only sending the happy ones to Google. It's an explicit policy violation and platforms have got much better at spotting the pattern. What we do instead is legitimate: everyone gets the same review link, and alongside it we offer a private way to raise a problem directly with you. Unhappy customers usually prefer being heard to being public, so the effect is similar without the risk.
It's arithmetic. A business with 40 reviews at 3.8 needs roughly 30 new five-star reviews to reach 4.3 โ three to four months at normal volume. With 400 existing reviews, the same shift takes considerably longer. We'll run your exact numbers in the free check and give you a realistic date rather than a flattering one.
We need a way to trigger a request after a job or visit. That can be a CRM connection, a scheduled export, or a link your team sends from their own phone โ whichever fits your setup. Data stays in your systems where possible, and we work to GDPR-equivalent handling regardless of market. For healthcare clients we use wording that never references treatment.
A writer on our team, working from guidelines we build with you in an onboarding interview โ your tone, the phrases you'd use, the things you'd never say. You approve the guidelines before anything goes live, and you can request approval-before-posting on sensitive replies at any time.
Our team works [9 am โ 9 pm IST], which overlaps your business day in every market we serve โ so a review posted during your working hours gets answered the same day. You get a named strategist with a direct number and email, and our address and team are published rather than hidden.
Yes. Google first, because it carries the most weight almost everywhere, then whatever matters in your market and sector โ Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook, TripAdvisor, ProductReview, Practo, Justdial, Zomato, Healthgrades and others. We'll tell you which two or three are worth the effort for you and which are a waste of time.
Your rating trend, review velocity and response rate benchmarked against your three nearest competitors, the arithmetic on how long a rating shift would realistically take, a read of the themes in your recent reviews, and a prioritised list of what to fix first. Back within two working days, no charge and no sales sequence afterwards.
Send your Google profile link. We'll benchmark your rating, velocity and response rate against the three businesses nearest you, and show you exactly what it would take to pass them.
